Ephesians 4:15-16
Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is
the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by
every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes
the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

“Man shall not live by bread alone – but by every Word that comes from the mouth of the Lord” Jesus declared in Matthew 4v4.
At Lansdowne we have a daily reading plan covering both an Old & New Testament scripture to inspire, motivate, challenge & causes us to grow spiritually:
2 Tim 3v16 says
“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness”
A good method to meditating on Gods word is to ask;
✓ What does it teach me about God?
✓ What does it tell me about my salvation?
✓ What do I need to repent of?
✓ Is there an example I need to follow?
✓ Is there a command I need to obey?
✓ Is there an error for me to avoid?
✓ Is there a sin I need to forsake?
✓ Is there a promise I need to take hold of?
